PURPOSE

LTP  Sport Psychology is here to help you grow as an athlete. We want to provide a type of training and coaching that is largely unavailable in the Savannah area and beyond. Mental skills are extremely valuable to an athlete's performance on the field as well as other areas surrounding their athletic career.

Our mission is to empower athletes of all levels to reach their goals and excel in their sport, both on and off the field.

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

  • At our company, we believe that player development is key to achieving success in sport. We work with athletes to identify their strengths and weaknesses and develop a plan to improve their skills and abilities.

  • We will use a variety of techniques and strategies, such as visualization, goal-setting, and mental rehearsal, to help athletes enhance their performance.

  • We are well-versed in the latest research and techniques in the field, and are committed to helping athletes improve their game through evidence-based practices. Studies have shown that sport psychology training can make a significant difference in performance at all levels of sport

MENTAL PERFORMANCE TRAINING

  • In addition to player development, we also offer a comprehensive approach to performance training that combines physical and mental training to help athletes achieve their best performance.

  • Our services include and practice the use of mental skills alongside strength and conditioning, sport specific practice, and everyday life

  • All trainings are tailored to the specific needs and goals of each athlete.

  • We understand that peak performance in sport requires a combination of physical and mental preparation, and we work with athletes to develop a training plan that addresses both aspects of their game.

COMPETITIVE LIFE BALANCE

  • We know that being a competitive athlete can be demanding, both physically and mentally. That's why we place a strong emphasis on helping athletes find a balance between their competitive demands and the rest of their lives.

  • Our services in this area include time management, goal-setting, and stress management, all of which are designed to help athletes manage their time and energy effectively.

  • We know there is more to a person than their achievement in sports. By achieving a balance between competition and life, athletes are better able to perform at their best and maintain their overall well-being.

BIO

My name is Chris Miller and I live in Savannah, Georgia. I currently coach soccer at the club level at Savannah United and I played soccer at a high level growing up in Charleston, SC. I went to Anderson University (SC) where I played Club Ultimate frisbee, worked for the soccer program, and studied Psychology and Kinesiology. I went on to get my Master's in Sport and Exercise Psychology.


I am supported by my amazing wife, Olivia. We have two adorable pets named Collins and Zunzi, who will certainly make guest appearances on camera in a virtual session from time to time.

I founded LTP Sport Psychology with the goal of helping athletes of all sports and ages in the mental aspects of Sports. I know how challenging life can be and how it can affect performance. As a former athlete and current coach, I also know that athletes need every edge they can get to make it to the very top.
